At Avara, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
